CIUDAD EMPRESARIAL Sarmiento Angulo is a large scale 18 tower mix used development project within the city of Bogotá. Total GFA is approximately 600,000 m² including 21,000 m2 of retail space, a Grand Hyatt Hotel with 360 rooms, a cultural center and over 7,700 parking spaces.
The Towers 7 & 8 share the same foundation as the Grand Hyatt Hotel. The building is “L” shaped and consists of 3 negative floors for parking and 16 positive floors for offices of approximately 49,124m² of GFA.
The project is designed in accordance with the latest criteria of sustainability and IT.
