CONNECTA ECOSISTEMA DE NEGOCIOS is a mixed use (office and retail) Business Center consisting of 29 buildings developed with a “BTS” strategy within the city of Bogotá.
The project will have a total GLA of approximately 250,000 m² of office space. In addition, CONNECTA offers additional services such as: a retail sapce, modular conference rooms with capacity of up to 220 pax, meeting rooms, food court, gym, supermarket and cafes.

Hotel: Aloft Bogotá Airport Hotel (142 rooms)
Open/Green areas: Designed pedestrian paths and green spaces interacting with water plays making the outside spaces very friendly.
